In 2018, over a cup of coffee, a group of us were talking about how difficult it is for people navigating the National Disability Insurance Scheme – especially with their first plans. We asked ourselves “Why can’t we make this easier for everyone?”
Throughout our lives and careers, we have supported many people to connect and liaise with service providers. Not only have we assisted people to navigate through services, we have helped them to be heard. With combined personal and professional experiences, spanning over 30 years within disability, mental health, aged care, Allied Health, and management, we understand all sides. We know how hard it is to open up to strangers and to build trust. We just get it!
Fast forward to now, we have a dedicated team of highly experienced professional, caring and empathetic people who want to make the “complex” simple.
